RoboMowers.com Extended Warranty Terms and Conditions
Applicable to Promotional Code ***** Purchases Only
This Extended Warranty (“Warranty”) is offered exclusively by RoboMowers.com and applies only to qualifying Husqvarna Automower units purchased on or after July 11, 2026 using promotional code *****. Units not purchased using the ***** promotional code are not eligible.
1. Eligibility and Activation
• Warranty coverage applies solely to Husqvarna robotic mower models.
• Coverage begins the day after the OEM manufacturer warranty expires and continues for a period of 365 consecutive days.
• Proof of purchase showing use of promotional code ***** is required for activation and service.
• Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Units obtained through home sales, private resale, or inheritance are not eligible.
2. Covered Components and Scope of Coverage
• Most internal components are eligible for full replacement of parts and labor when failure is determined to be the result of a manufacturer defect that would have been covered under the OEM warranty.
• Battery assemblies are excluded from coverage.
• Constant movement components, including wheel motors and cutting motors, qualify for a discount on the replacement part cost. Labor for these components is covered at 100 percent.
• Cosmetic damage, wear and tear, environmental damage, corrosion, water intrusion, rodent damage, lightning strikes, improper storage, or damage caused by external forces are not covered.
3. Service Requirements
• All repairs must be performed at an authorized RoboMowers.com service facility.
• Owners are responsible for all transportation, shipping, and handling costs associated with delivering the unit to and from the service facility.
• RoboMowers.com is not responsible for loss or damage occurring during shipping.
• Unauthorized repairs or diagnostics performed by non-approved service providers void this Warranty.
4. Determination of Manufacturer Defect
• Coverage applies only to failures that would have been covered under the OEM manufacturer warranty.
• RoboMowers.com reserves the right to inspect and test any component to determine whether failure resulted from a manufacturer defect or external influence.
• Decisions regarding defect determination are final.
5. Tamper Seal and Unauthorized Modifications
• Warranty is void if the tamper seal on the mower has been removed, broken, altered, or destroyed.
• Warranty is void if the unit has been modified, altered, or used in a manner inconsistent with Husqvarna’s published guidelines.
6. Replacement Value Clause
• If the total cost of repair exceeds the fair market value of the mower at the time of service, or necessary replacement parts are no longer available from the OEM. the owner may elect to receive a 10 percent discount toward the purchase of an equivalent replacement unit from RoboMowers.com. Aftermarket parts or parts sourced from anywhere other than the OEM are not eligible for use with this warranty.
• Fair market value is determined solely by RoboMowers.com using current resale and depreciation data.
7. Exclusions
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized software modifications, boundary wire faults, or operation outside recommended conditions is excluded.
• Damage caused by animals, insects, flooding, fire, or acts of nature is excluded.
• Consumable items such as blades, blade discs, filters, fuses, and exterior plastics are excluded.
• Coverage does not apply to accessories, charging stations, power supplies, or third-party add-ons.
8. Limitations of Liability
• RoboMowers.com’s liability is limited to repair or replacement of covered components as described in this Warranty.
• RoboMowers.com is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to lawn damage, property damage, downtime, or loss of use.
• No representative or employee of RoboMowers.com is authorized to modify or expand these terms.
9. Warranty Claims Process
• All claims must be submitted through official contact with RoboMowers.com
• Owners must provide proof of purchase, serial number, and photographs or videos of the issue when requested.
• RoboMowers.com may require additional documentation or testing before approving a claim.
