1. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the State of Wisconsin, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Entrants must own or reside at a property suitable for robotic mower installation, subject to a yard evaluation by RoboMowers.com.

Employees, officers, and directors of RoboMowers.com, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or members of the same household are not eligible to enter or win.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on March 15 at 12:00 AM Central Time (CT) and ends on March 29 at 11:59 PM Central Time (CT).

The winner will be announced on March 30th, provided the minimum entry criteria is met.

Entries submitted before or after the giveaway period will not be eligible.

Minimum Entry Requirement:
The giveaway must receive at least 500 eligible entries by the end of the giveaway period to proceed. If this minimum threshold is not met, RoboMowers.com reserves the right to cancel, extend, or reschedule the giveaway at its sole discretion.

3. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase chances of winning.

To enter, participants must complete the official entry form available at [RoboMowers.com/giveaway] during the giveaway period.

Limit one (1) entry per household. Multiple or duplicate entries may result in disqualification.

4. Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive a Husqvarna Automower 410X IQ robotic lawn mower with professional installation.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $3,899.99 USD.

Installation includes standard setup and configuration. Any additional yard preparation, electrical work, landscaping modifications, or customization not included in a standard installation may result in additional costs, which are the responsibility of the winner.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash or any other product or service.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by RoboMowers.com on or around May 1, provided the minimum entry requirement has been met.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified via email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or fails to respond within seven (7) days of notification, RoboMowers.com reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

6. Yard Suitability and Installation Conditions

Prize fulfillment is contingent upon the winner’s property being deemed suitable for robotic mower installation, including but not limited to yard size, terrain, accessibility, boundary conditions, and electrical availability.

RoboMowers.com reserves the right to conduct a site evaluation prior to installation.

If the winner’s yard is determined to be unsuitable, RoboMowers.com may, at its sole discretion, offer a substitute prize of equal or lesser value, or deem the winner ineligible and select an alternate winner.

7. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of RoboMowers.com, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the giveaway.

RoboMowers.com reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control compromises the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.

By accepting the prize, the winner grants RoboMowers.com permission to use their name, likeness, and city of residence for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this giveaway will be used in accordance with RoboMowers.com’s Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for giveaway administration and prize fulfillment.

9. Governing Law

This giveaway is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or related to this giveaway shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Wisconsin.
